We are business as usual - our current lead time for all products is approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery
We are open for business and are manufacturing and delivering products.
We have put in place the necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by strictly adhering to the Government guidelines and medical advice. Our Showrooms are closed.

Our warehouse is operating on a rota system with strict protocols being followed with regards to distancing. Our ordering system is fully operational and all orders are being processed.
Our supply chain is fully operational and we have sourced glass from a new supplier who manufactures for the NHS and have remained open. We are currently experiencing slight delays in our production flow due to a backlog of orders and less frequent pickups of our profile systems, we have updated our website to best reflect this but our lead times may still vary.

What happens if I place a new order?
Our ordering system is fully operational, associated materials are being ordered and allocated. All orders are being progressed.
We have a queue, the sooner you place your order the higher in the queue it will be and the quicker it will be delivered.
Your order is safe with us, we guarantee that all orders placed with us will be fulfilled as soon as possible. We have tried our best to update our advertised lead times to best reflect what we are currently achieving, but please be aware during these times there may be slight delays.
We also have measures in place to increase capacity to recover lost time when isolation is lifted. This includes additional shifts within our production facility and more delivery trucks on the road.
When are you continuing deliveries?
We are delivering now and have put our own delivery network in place to fulfill all orders.
When can I expect my order?

Can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered a stock sized product you are entitled to cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
Custom size products and windows are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
