9. Our refunds policy

As of 16th March 2020 because of the COVID-19 outbreak and following the temporary closure of our major suppliers of glass, panels and profile systems after the government's advice - we are temporarily updating our refund policy. All refunds prior to completion of an order in the forseeable future will be less a 20% cancellation fee.

We have experienced an influx of refunds, understandably due to the current economic climate, and as a result we have had to enforce a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is to protect Flying Doors from any unnescessary losses and to cover incurred costs, but more importantly to protect our staff and committed customers - a fair amount as our sales/support staff and factory is still operational and working - some orders may only be awaiting glass or hardware for example.

We hope customers will understand and we appreciate your support during these difficult times in supporting us.
