Arrived well packaged to prevent damage including glass, delivery guys checked we were happy before getting us to sign delivery note, Doors easy to fit into old French window site used supplied extender to gain additional height quality product at good price. Important when screwing in additional screws for hinges once adjustment is made ensure they go in straight if not they come out the side of the panel overcome by sticking white screw caps over the from local hardware store.

Ordered a pair of these French doors online. Received an email telling me that the order had been processed and that I would be contacted by the delivery firm. Got that call 2 days later and arranged a day and time. Got a call from the driver the night before to tell me when he'd be there. Well packed and protected. Installed in a day including removal of the existing old doors - take time to make sure that the frame is installed correctly, screw in the head and cill to avoid bowing - once that's done the doors take 2 men about 5 mins to put on and 15 mins to adjust. I'm delighted with the finished product.

Website - slightly miss leading regarding stocks etc (only stock configurations are in stock available for immediate despatch, so options like second opening door, inwards etc all add etc days, meaning we had to buy off the shelf rather than our exact design. That said, the doors were despatched and delivered when they were meant too. Delivery team was meant to be 2 people, but only one person arrived, thank god I was there to help off load rather than my pregnant wife. Driver polite and courteous and helped me get them through the house. Handles were left in the van by accident, but got a text from the driver later than day to say he had popped back to house etc. Builders installed them easily. Mechanism is very stiff to start with and didn't lock easily, this gets better and easier everyday. Would buy from flying doors again - no problem - only I don't have any more doors to fit :)

The doors are of a good quality, finished to a high standard, the glazing was incredibly easy as some products can take longer to glaze than to install. The delivery was excellent with a helpful driver, prepared to spend the time to gat the doors on site. The product came with easy to follow instructions and i installed the patio door very easily. The only problem i had was with the barrel lock/euro cylinder which was very stiff.
