How do I return my order?
Returns are easy with Flying Doors. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help you start a return.
The goods should not be unpacked on arrival and must be returned in the original condition they were supplied. The goods must also be returned by a reputable carrier to minimise the risk of damage or collected by ourselves as arranged.
While in your possession please keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. You will be responsible if they are lost, damaged, or destroyed whilst they are in your possession as ownership of the goods and title passes to you on delivery.
Please ensure any returns arrive back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Orders placed for made to measure products may not be returned.
