I've installed a lot of upvc bifolding doors in the past and these are by far the best quality out there. Customer service as everyone else is saying is fabulous. I found myself waiting on hold for a while but it means you deal with the same person every time. We had a problem with a handle that broke and a vent cover that snapped when installation, replacements were sent out next day. A++

I don't normally write reviews but feel I must for this company. I incorrectly ordered the wrong size which we didn't realise until they were delivered, I called flying doors and they immediately arranged collection and delivery of the correct size, I did have to pay a delivery charge but that's to be expected as it was my mistake, it took only 2 days to get them changed. The bifold looks amazing and I am very happy I went with these guys.

Great service continues long after my purchase. Had a pair of their patio doors fitted for just over 2yrs. They still look great but unfortunately endless in and out by children and puppy had resulted in the door handle breaking. I contacted them just to find out the type of replacement handles needed.. what I didnt expected was to receive a replacement set just 2days later! Fantastic customer service, going beyond anything I asked for or expected. I would definately recommend based on my experience.
