Not only are Flying Doors great value for money, when I contacted them due to a fault with one of the window panes they were quick to respond and so helpful. The fault was nothing to do with their workmanship and was just unfortunate, however they investigated it quickly and arranged to send out a replacement window pane within two weeks.
